About The Founder
Hello, my name is Carlease Austin. I am a Colorado Native, now residing in Dallas, Texas!
Thank you so much for allowing me to come along and share my life experiences with you in the form of coaching, yoga, and energy healing. I have a true passion for helping those that seem to be defeated by generational patterns, defeating thoughts, learned habits and uncontrollable life transformations.
I come with over 20 years of healthcare experience, starting with an Associates degree (2000) in Medical Assisting from Parks College in Aurora, Colorado. From there, I obtained my Bachelors degree (2017) in Psychology from Argosy University in Denver, Colorado and a Masters degree (2023) in Cognition and Neuroscience from University of Texas at Dallas. I am a Certified Life Purpose Coach (specializing in Grief and Trauma), Certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Master Usui Reiki Specialist, and a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
I am a firm believer in gaining a functional sense of well-being. We must present ourselves to the world in our Most Authentic Power. I’m honored to embark upon this amazing, life changing journey with you.

My Journey to Peace
I have had my fair share of loss, grief, confusion, chaos and pain. It wasn’t until I unpacked my life and sorted through the rubble to make sense of who I was, to finally find who I Am. I come to you with a passionate and empathetic heart because in one way or another I have been you. I had to overcome breaking my own heart from not understanding that Life will turn tables on you and People will disappoint you…But when I Embraced My Light, My Life became My Own and Growth never ceased.
