Cancellation Policy
Reiki Session Policy Nature of Reiki Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Reiki is not a medical treatment, nor does it diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental condition. Scope of Practice Reiki sessions are complementary and may be used alongside medical or mental health care. Reiki practitioners do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns. Client Responsibility & Consent By booking a session, the client acknowledges: They are participating voluntarily They understand Reiki is not a substitute for medical or mental health care They take full responsibility for their well-being before, during, and after the session Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to the session. In-Person & Distance Reiki Reiki may be offered in person or remotely (distance Reiki). Distance sessions are conducted with the same intention and ethical standards as in-person sessions, though experiences may vary by individual. Session Experience Each Reiki session is unique. Sensations, emotional release, or shifts in awareness may occur, though no specific outcome is guaranteed. Results vary and cannot be promised. Payment & Scheduling Full payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee Professional Boundaries Reiki sessions are non-sexual and conducted with respect, confidentiality, and ethical boundaries at all times.
