Cancellation Policy
Reiki, Grief & Trauma Coaching Policy Reiki and grief/trauma coaching are holistic, non-clinical services intended to support relaxation, emotional awareness, and overall well-being. These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical or mental health care. Grief and trauma coaching is not therapy or counseling and is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Clients experiencing active crisis or severe mental health symptoms should seek immediate professional support. Participation is voluntary. Clients are responsible for their physical and emotional well-being and agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, pregnancy, or recent trauma prior to sessions. Sessions are trauma-informed and consent-based. Emotional release may occur, and results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Services may be offered in person or remotely. Payment is required in advance. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. All sessions are confidential and respectful
