At A Peace of Mine, we offer a transformative Father Wound Shadow Work Workshop that delves deep into the emotional scars and patterns shaped by paternal relationships. This sacred space invites participants to explore their inner shadows, fostering self-awareness, releasing old wounds while cultivating inner peace. We will hold the space as a supportive group, guided by reflective exercises and group share. Join us to embrace self-discovery, heal your past, and create a more harmonious future.

Shadow Work Workshop Policies & Participant Agreement 1. Nature of the Work This workshop explores the mother wound through shadow work, reflection, somatic awareness, and guided exercises. The material may bring up strong emotions, memories, or internal responses. Participants acknowledge that this work is deep, experiential, and personal. This workshop is educational and self-exploratory in nature and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. 2. Emotional Safety & Self-Responsibility Participants are encouraged to: Honor their own emotional capacity Take breaks as needed Participate at their own pace Opt out of any exercise without explanation You are responsible for monitoring your own emotional and nervous system needs before, during, and after the workshop. 3. Trauma-Informed Boundaries No one is required to share personal experiences verbally. Cross-talk, advice-giving, or “fixing” another participant is not permitted. Each person’s process is their own. The facilitator reserves the right to gently redirect or intervene to maintain emotional safety for the group. 4. Confidentiality Confidentiality is essential to this work. By attending, participants agree to: Keep all shared stories, identities, and experiences private Not record, screenshot, or redistribute workshop content without permission Speak from their own experience without sharing identifying details of others 5. Respectful Participation This workshop is a judgment-free space. Discrimination, shaming, spiritual bypassing, or dismissive language will not be tolerated. Participants agree to: Listen with compassion Speak from personal experience (“I” statements) Respect differences in healing timelines, identities, and beliefs 6. Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the energetic and preparatory nature of this work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If the facilitator must cancel, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option. Missed sessions are not refundable. 7.
