Intentional Yoga & Nervous System Support
Available spots
Service Description
The Regulated Therapist is a restorative wellness experience created specifically for therapists, healthcare professionals, and helping practitioners who spend their days holding space for others. This gentle yoga and nervous system support series is designed to help participants decompress, regulate stress, reconnect to the body, and restore emotional balance in a grounded and supportive environment. Each session incorporates restorative movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional decompression, and sustainable caregiving. Rather than performance-based yoga, this experience prioritizes restoration, grounding, emotional safety, and intentional rest for professionals navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion. Weekly class themes may include: • Decompression & Grounding • Compassion Fatigue Recovery • Boundaries & Body Awareness • Rest, Regulation & Sustainability Whether you are a therapist, nurse, social worker, physician, caregiver, or wellness professional, this space is designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself outside of the demands of caregiving. No advanced yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
